RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Backyard Playsets LLC

OVERVIEW

Backyard Playsets LLC builds and sells high-quality outdoor playsets, many of which are custom-built or made to order. Due to the size and nature of these products, our return and refund policy is as follows.

CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Most Backyard Playsets LLC products are custom-built or made to order.

All custom or made-to-order playsets are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE once production has started.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Custom sizes or layouts
• Custom options, add-ons, or modifications
• Any playset that has entered the production or preparation stage

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase, provided production has not started.

After 48 hours, or once production begins, the order cannot be canceled and no refund will be issued.

DELIVERY & INSTALLATION

Delivery and installation fees are non-refundable once services have been scheduled or completed.

If access issues, ground conditions, or site conditions prevent delivery or installation, no refund will be issued for delivery or installation charges.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your playset arrives with damage caused during transport or has a manufacturing defect, you must notify Backyard Playsets LLC within 48 hours of delivery.

To report an issue, please provide:

• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the damage or defect

We may, at our discretion, repair the affected area, replace components, or offer a partial refund if appropriate.

NATURAL WOOD CHARACTERISTICS

Our products are made from real wood. Natural variations such as color differences, grain patterns, knots, minor warping, or checking are normal and are not considered defects or grounds for a return or refund.

WEATHER & ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS

Backyard Playsets LLC is not responsible for damage caused by weather exposure, ground shifting, improper site preparation, or lack of maintenance after delivery. These conditions do not qualify for returns or refunds.

REFUND PROCESSING

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 7–10 business days for refund processing.
