PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability. Because our products are handmade and built from natural materials, slight variations in color, design, or appearance may occur and do not constitute defects.

CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Most products sold by Backyard Playsets LLC are custom-built or made to order.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded except as outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by such errors.

TAXES

Applicable sales tax will be added at checkout based on delivery location and local tax laws.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to orders with incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, or inability to fulfill the order.

DELIVERY & INSTALLATION

Delivery and installation dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

Backyard Playsets LLC is not responsible for delays caused by weather, site conditions, supply issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

The customer is responsible for ensuring the delivery site is accessible and properly prepared.

RISK OF LOSS

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery of the product.

NATURAL WOOD DISCLAIMER

Our products are constructed from real wood. Natural characteristics such as knots, grain variation, color changes, warping, and checking are normal and are not considered defects.

WEATHER & MAINTENANCE

Backyard Playsets LLC is not responsible for damage caused by weather exposure, improper maintenance, or environmental conditions after delivery.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Backyard Playsets LLC and may not be used without written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Backyard Playsets LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
